Stuck in Lantern Hollow? Read the room

Lantern Hollow rarely hides its answers as far away as you'd expect. Both times we got badly stuck, the solution was in a room we'd already visited and skimmed past.

When you're lost, stop hunting for new items and re-examine everything you already have. The game leaves plenty of small text clues that only make sense after you've seen a later room.

The combine mechanic is worth checking whenever you hit a wall. A couple of puzzles wanted us to join two ordinary-seeming items, and we'd overlooked the option entirely.

Above all, don't rush it. This is an adventure that rewards slowing down, listening to the ambient sound, and actually reading. Treat it like a short story you're solving, not a checklist.
