Casinacho

★★★★☆ 4.3 Editor rating

Casinacho is one of those games that looks simple in a screenshot and then quietly eats your evening. The core loop is tapping and matching colourful tiles on a board that slowly grows more crowded, and the controls are about as friendly as it gets — one thumb, no tutorials you need to reread. We had the basics down within the first minute.

What kept us coming back was the pacing. Levels are short, so it fits into a bus ride, but every few stages the game introduces a small twist to the board layout that forces you to rethink your usual habits. The animations are clean and the sound design is soft rather than shouty, which is rare in this corner of the app store.

It's not a deep game and it doesn't pretend to be. But as a wind-down title it's genuinely pleasant, and the difficulty curve is gentle enough that you never feel punished, only nudged to try again.
