Skyferry Tycoon

Skyferry Tycoon puts you in charge of a fleet of passenger airships hopping between floating islands. You plan routes, set ticket prices, and juggle maintenance against the temptation to keep every ship in the air. It's a management sim at heart, and a fairly relaxed one.

The best part is watching a route you designed slowly become profitable as demand shifts with the seasons. Overreach early and you'll bleed money on repairs; play steadily and it becomes deeply satisfying to optimise.

The tutorial is a bit thin, so expect a rocky first hour while you learn what each number actually does. After that it clicks.
