Lantern Hollow

Lantern Hollow is a slow, atmospheric adventure about exploring a foggy little town and figuring out why everyone left. You tap to move, examine and combine items, and the puzzles almost always make sense once you slow down and read the environment.

The hand-drawn art is the star. Every room feels like a place someone actually lived in, and the sound design — creaking floors, distant wind — does a lot of the storytelling. We got genuinely stuck twice, and both times the answer had been sitting in plain sight.

It's short, maybe four or five hours, but it doesn't overstay its welcome. If you like adventure games that trust you to think, this is an easy recommendation.
